Baldwin County operates three courthouses—the newly renovated main courthouse in Bay Minette, a satellite courthouse in Fairhope, and another satellite courthouse in Foley. These facilities are strategically located to enable Baldwin citizens to avail themselves of services wherever they reside in the northern, central, and southern parts of the county.
